Azeri national. A professor, artist, member of the architects union and member of the international fedration of artists, and a member of Moscow union of Russian artists.

A well-known Azerbaijani sculptor, the author of many original works, including the unique monument of Aliaga Vakhid, a landmark for Icheri Sheher (ed. note, a historical and architectural reserve in Baku, in the common people "Fortress" or "Old City"), for all Azerbaijanis and culture of Azerbaijan.

 

Everyone who comes to Baku considers it his duty to visit the Fortress and of course, one of its sights, which is impossible to pass by - this is a monument to the great Azerbaijani master of gazelles - Aliag Vahid. The monument in the form of a huge head, on the one hand, seems heavy and voluminous, and, on the other hand, appears unusually light and airy, organically fitting into the space of the Old City.
